Our HWC ceased to be heating water on Xmas Eve! We couldn't believe our bad luck. Our usual plumber/gasfitter didn't even want to know, he brushed us off cause it was Xmas Eve. Then we called Daren and he came to the rescue that arvo and sorted it out. We were so pleased!! Highly recommend Tradelink and will be definitely using them again as our regular plumber/gasfitter. I already recommend Cooke to my friends. They’re very prompt, they get back to us with updates on progress and what is happening. They’re usually on time but when they can’t be there, they’ll call. They have good communications. Nothing is a problem when you have good communications. Read review

We found out we had a gas leak at 7.30pm on a rainy night, after being without gas for 7 hours (our neighbours were connecting to our supply). I called Dave after trying a number of people, and although he was plannign to take his kids rockclimbing that day, he offered to pop in and do the job on his way home. 2 hours later, 2 leaks located and fixed. Great guy, prompt, efficient, would highly recommend. Read review

The tradesman came and did the work while the work was good he still has to send me the receipt for the job. He charged me GST but I have not yet received the invoice nor the receipt even though I have paid and have made numerous calls to him. He promised to send me the receipt but nothing has come in the mail so far. While this guy is good at his work one should watch out that they get the invoice and the receipt from him as soon as he finishes the work.... seems dodgy to me... Read reviews

I employed The Gasman several years ago to fix my gas fire. The price far exceeded the quote and the service was inefficient. Several months ago, the property manager where I now live arranged The Gasman to fix the gas fire at my apartment. They eventually came to diagnose the problem, but have never returned to actually do the work. Read review
