	MJ Down came to look at my roofing problem and reported back on his findings and recommendations very quickly. He replaced the roof the next day, and kept to his quote. The work looks smart (and there's no leak anymore!). I was very impressed by the speed of repair from the initial phonecall. 	We found this company to be very realiable and highly efficient. There was a lot of rubbish in our old spouting and was very messy to work with, these guys did a great job cleaning up as they went leaving our property very tidy. 	These guys were brilliant. Tony (who runs the company) project managed our two storey roof and spouting replacement (another company did the spouting), organising the scaffolding and spouting companies and organised switching of the electricity for the scaffolding due to OSH regulations. He and his men were always on time and working quickly and efficiently, with minimum mess. 	I got a quote from Weathermaster which was very competetive after they had inspected it.I recieved a full written report with about 20 tlies that needed replacing.It turned out that it was about 70 tiles that needed replacing which was done at no extra cost to me because they had some some in stock.Everything was done to a very high standard.When the boss came to do a final inspection he wasn't happy with the sheen but looked fine to me so they gave it another coat. 	Sandy top coat was falling off, they came out and took a little longer than expected, and arrived a week later than he said, but the job got done. Nice guy to deal with. 	I had Dimond re-roof a rental property in March 2006. They did a good job, removing all the rubbish, leaving the yard in good order. They worked around tenants. They were the cheapest quote out of 4. They were a bit late in starting in the job though. Another disappointing aspect was that they didn't do spouting, so I had to get separate quotes for someone to do the spouting. But their price and work for just the re-roof was very good. 	Used them on several occassions to moss-proof a tile roof. When I used them I asked them to make a time before they called. They didn't and just turned up without advising. I guess job was okay but you cannot check. Previous work okay in my opinion. This time I believe they broke the edge of plastic spouting and never told us - I found the damage about three weeks after they had been. Don't mind small accidents but they should advise the client.
