"A blocked drain on a Sunday - not good! Phoned 6 other Plumbers but had to leave messages with all (didn't!). Phoned Andy and within seconds had arranged to have the drain looked at. "Its 11pm on a Friday night, and Andy has just packed up and left after clearing our drain at a moment's notice. We dragged him away from a poker game, but he was cheerful and got the job done. It wasn't an easy job either, Andy had to get wet, and we managed to leave a manhole cover off a drain which Andy fell into, getting wet and cut. No worries though, Andy was upbeat about it all.
